Pretty Lights Music label churns out some great “glitch hop” music. With such great artists as Supervision, Michal Menert and this track from Break Science which adds hiphop elements above some great beats, I see a great future for the label and the genre. Oh and just as an added bonus, a lot of music they release is free, with optional donations. That’s a label that gets it.

Jack White has a new album out called Blunderbuss, surprisingly its available on Spotify (as opposed to most White Stripes and The Racounteurs that only have very limited availability). Give it a listen, its quite nice.

Hes also touring with 2 backing bands, 1 all girl ensemble for more folk/country songs and an all dude band for more of the rocky hits. I honestly think Jack over did it this time, especially since his fame comes from the 2 man show, it feels like overcompensation and definitely not needed in most cases. For more the girl band portion, I like it more than the guys.

This dub monster is a keeper. Great mix of techno, dubstep and vocals.

Band of Skulls first single off their sophomore release. Its bitchin’. Get the whole album at your favorite music consumption source, keeping in mind only this song, sadly, available for streaming. What the fuck is up with that, by the way?
